We want to share very exciting news about Building 71 of Well-Living Residences. We now officially have our first tenants in house! It is a great milestone to see people already making a home here and starting to live the Las Catalinas lifestyle.

Well-Living residences are the easiest way to settle in Town, with options starting at just $900 per month. Here you can train every day, explore the trails, and enjoy the full experience of living surrounded by nature and community in a walkable Beach Town.

They are located right on Main Street, just a few steps from the beach, with beautiful views of Town.

The apartments come fully equipped with appliances and are move-in ready. All you need to bring is your furniture and personal touch to start enjoying Las Catalinas’ very own version of Pura Vida.
