Eating well and fresh is one of the great privileges of living in a place with fertile soil and a tropical climate. One of the projects we’re most proud of is Finca La Estancia, a vibrant regenerative farm just two minutes from Town.
Since opening in 2022, Finca La Estancia has become much more than a farm. It’s home to a thriving garden, a nursery, a composting system, and a lively sanctuary for goats, chickens, horses, and native bees. Visitors can walk the grounds, feed the animals, join tours, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
Today, we’d love to tell you more about how you can take a little piece of that harvest home with you.
You’ll always find staples like free range eggs and honey, along with seasonal items that vary throughout the year such as bok choy, lettuce, basil, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
To place an order, you can email estancia@lascatalinascr.com or lucas.currie@lascatalinascr.com. After this, the team will organize and prepare your delivery for the next day.
During the past high season, the farm also offered a weekly produce bag subscription, delivered every Wednesday. This program will return in the upcoming months, so stay tunned for the announcement!
