Blue Home Opens in La Rambla: Home Essentials and Décor Now in Town

After several weeks of preparation, BlueHome officially opened its doors in Town on Friday, August 14, welcoming customers to its new location in Building 70 at La Rambla.

The opening brings to Town a service that has long been especially useful for homeowners, residents, and visitors settling into a new space: a dedicated store for home essentials, décor, and everyday pieces chosen to make a house feel both practical and personal.

BlueHome’s new location in Las Catalinas is the Costa Rican family-owned company’s second store in Guanacaste, following the opening of its first location in Nosara in 2023. The business originally grew from a familiar experience of coastal living: finding beautiful, good-quality pieces for the home often meant traveling considerable distances. BlueHome was created to bring those products closer to the communities that need them.

Its selection in La Rambla includes bed sheets, bowls, throws, cutting boards, coasters, cushions, lamps, glasses, baskets, mirrors, plates, candles, kitchen and dining pieces, textiles, décor, and other practical home essentials. Each piece is selected with both aesthetics and everyday use in mind, offering options for everything from furnishing a new residence to adding a few details that make an existing home feel warmer and more personal.

BlueHome also joins a growing group of businesses in Town that help homeowners take care of different aspects of creating and completing a space, from interior design and artwork to curtains, appliances, and now an even broader selection of home goods.
