An Early September Update from Lantana

The first days of September brought another round of visible progress at Lantana. From shared spaces to individual residences, more of the project is beginning to feel defined, with finishes, installations, and structural work advancing side by side across the neighborhood.

One of the most visible areas of progress is in Lantana’s common spaces. Work continues around the pool, while the terraced gardens are beginning to receive their planters and preparations for the fountain in the plaza are moving ahead.

Along the main stairs between Buildings C and D, another portion of the finishes has also been completed, with the next steps already underway.

At the same time, several of the buildings are entering more detailed phases of construction. In Building C, exterior finishes are already complete in some areas, while work continues on the systems and final installations inside the apartments. Building D is also moving through finishing work, including floors, windows, sliding doors, and electrical installations. These are the kinds of details that gradually make the spaces feel less like a construction site and more like the homes they are becoming.

Elsewhere, the project continues to grow vertically. Building F is progressing through its upper structure, while work in Buildings G, H, and I continues across different stages, from pools and upper levels to columns, beams, and future commercial spaces. Together, these different areas of activity give a good sense of how much is happening across Lantana at the same time.

This latest update shows how much is happening across Lantana at the same time. Shared spaces are taking shape, homes are moving through their finishing stages, and new areas continue to rise across the site. Piece by piece, the project is coming together in a way that feels increasingly complete.
