Last week, Coraline Fine Wines and Chocolate welcomed kids and teens for a chocolate tasting designed to be both entertaining and educational. During the experience, the Coraline team introduced the young participants to a slower and more attentive way of tasting chocolate, encouraging them to press each piece gently against the palate and allow it to melt rather than chewing it immediately. This gave them time to notice the different flavors, textures, and notes found in each variety.   ![IMG_7357](https://thedaily.lascatalinascr.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_7357.jpg?width=5712&height=4284&name=IMG_7357.jpg) After the tasting, every participant received a small art board and paints to create a colorful piece of their own.
