A New Section of El Prado's Hardscape Begins to Take Shape

If you have recently walked along El Prado near Terraced Flats and 74 Calle del Prado, you may have noticed a subtle but meaningful change underfoot.

A new section of Phase Two of El Prado’s hardscape has now been completed, replacing the temporary gravel that had covered this stretch during construction with the permanent pavers that will define the street’s final character.

This transition happens gradually as nearby construction progresses. As areas reach the right stage, the temporary surfaces give way to the finished paving, allowing El Prado to slowly take shape piece by piece.

With this latest section now in place, the space already feels more complete, offering a glimpse of how the street will continue evolving as more segments are finished in the months ahead.
