July was an especially exciting month for the commercial side of Town, with two new businesses being added to the urban fabric of Town. Each new opening adds another layer to the experience of being here, bringing more places to explore, more products to enjoy, and more reasons for residents and visitors to spend time throughout Town.
One of these upcoming businesses is The Store, a new gift shop that will open along Main Street in one of the commercial spaces at Building 53. This will be the first shop in Las Catalinas dedicated entirely to gifts, offering a new place to find thoughtful items, souvenirs, and special reminders of time spent in Town.
The Store will be operated by Café Britt, one of Costa Rica’s most internationally recognized brands, known for its coffee, chocolates, and gift shops located at the country’s airports and other successful locations, such as shopping centers in downtown San José. The team will soon begin working on the space to prepare it for the store’s opening.
We look forward to sharing more details about the products The Store will offer, as well as its estimated opening date. For now, we are excited to know that a new place will soon make it easier to find gifts for friends and family, or to take home a little reminder of Las Catalinas.
