A New Layer of Wayfinding at La Rambla

A new detail has been added across La Rambla, helping make daily life in these five buildings a little easier, clearer, and more intuitive for the people who live, work, and move through them.

The signage design process began in November 2025, and after several months of planning, production, and coordination, installation took place during the second week of May. The full system is now complete across all five buildings of La Rambla.

This initiative was promoted by Catalinas Property Holding, the company that owns and is responsible for the maintenance of La Rambla’s five buildings. It was developed with a clear understanding of the type of tenants and residents who use these spaces every day, and with the intention of improving the way people navigate the apartments, entries, common areas, and shared services.

It is also the first time a signage system of this kind has been introduced in a building in Las Catalinas, making it a small but meaningful milestone in the continued care and improvement of Town’s residential experience.

The design was created in collaboration with Ale Rambar, director and owner of Estudio Rambar Art Gallery in Town. Together, the team developed signs that feel aligned with the character of La Rambla while still being functional and easy to read.

Across the buildings, the new signage includes a mix of materials such as glass, wood, and acrylic. Some pieces identify building numbers, while others help indicate evacuation maps in case of emergencies. Bicycle rack signs have also been installed in Buildings 39, 70, and 71, supporting the everyday experience of a walkable and bike friendly Town.

More than a simple visual update, the new signage adds another layer of care to La Rambla. It helps each building feel more complete, easier to understand, and more welcoming for the people who live there, visit often, or arrive for the first time. As La Rambla continues to grow into its daily rhythm, create a smoother and thoughtful experience for everyone to enjoy.
