The beginning of October marked a special milestone for Las Catalinas as the Development and Construction Team handed over the home on Lot 86 to its owners, the Bunting family. Every completed home is an important moment for Town, representing not only the conclusion of months of planning and construction, but also a new chapter for the families who will make Las Catalinas their home.
Located in El Prado, right next to Lantana, the residence was completed in just over a year under the guidance of Project Manager Emanuel Murillo.

The home spans three levels, with a total of around 400 m², and features four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Among its most unique features is an elevator connecting all three levels, making it easy and comfortable to move throughout the home. The residence also includes a private sauna and a swimming pool thoughtfully positioned to enjoy ocean views and Guanacaste's beautiful sunsets.

But perhaps one of the home's most remarkable qualities is the scenery that surrounds it. From the kitchen, living room, and shared spaces, large openings frame beautiful views of Playa Danta, the surrounding tropical vegetation, the mountains, and El Prado. These views are an integral part of the home's everyday experience, bringing the surrounding landscape into nearly every room.
With comfortable spaces for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together, the residence offers the conveniences of modern living while remaining just a short walk from Town, the beach, and the network of trails that connect Las Catalinas to its natural surroundings. You can watch a short recap of the day in the YouTube video below.
The handover itself was a particularly special occasion. The Buntings celebrated with a toast to their new home, while the DCL team had prepared a thoughtful surprise: a painting of the residence, created by the Head of the Project Management Department, Jose Coto. The personal gift was met with genuine excitement, making the celebration even more memorable for everyone involved.

The family also received a welcome box filled with thoughtful gifts from the Las Catalinas community, including fresh eggs and honey from La Estancia, along with gift certificates from several Commercial Partners in Town. It was a lovely way to introduce them to some of the local offerings and experiences that are now part of their everyday life in Las Catalinas.
It was a beautiful way to mark the completion of a project that has involved months of dedication, collaboration, and attention to detail, and to celebrate the beginning of a new chapter for the Bunting family.

We are delighted to celebrate this milestone with the Buntings and the entire DCL team who helped bring their home to life. Welcome home!
