This past December, a very special milestone was reached as another home in El Prado was delivered to its owners, marking the beginning of a new chapter for one more family in Town.
The house stands out with its pink door and coral accents, a palette that contrasts beautifully with the vegetation behind it. Thoughtfully designed for a small family, the home features three bedrooms distributed across the second and third levels, while the first level brings everyone together with an open kitchen, living and dining area, and a small private pool that invites slow afternoons at home.
At the top, the upper terrace offers privileged views toward Playa Danta. It is the kind of space where evenings naturally unfold, with a front row seat to watch the sun set, and let the day gently come to a close.
We are truly happy to welcome a new family to Town and to see their home become part of the urban fabric of El Prado. We also extend our congratulations to SofĂa Calvo from Las Catalinas’ Project Management team for bringing this project to completion.
