A Lusher Passage Takes Shape Between Buildings 70 and 71

What began as a small intervention between Buildings 70 and 71 continues to take shape, as the planters in this space have been further developed over the past weeks.

Recently, larger palms have been incorporated into the garden beds, bringing a new sense of scale and presence to the area. Their height and soft movement introduce a more dynamic layer to the space, helping frame the passage in a more intentional and inviting way.

Alongside them, a variety of mid height tropical plants have been added, including broad leaf species reminiscent of philodendrons, which bring depth and texture to the composition. In the central beds, lower flowering shrubs, likely ixoras, have also been planted around the trees, introducing small bursts of red that subtly animate the space.

The lateral planters now carry a distinctly tropical character, with banana like plants adding lushness and a more immersive green edge to the passage. Together, these layers of vegetation begin to soften the architecture and create a more engaging experience as you walk through.

What was once a simple transition between buildings now feels noticeably more lush and alive. It is a subtle but meaningful transformation that reflects how, over time, these spaces continue to evolve, becoming not just places to pass through, but places to enjoy.
