A Growing Commercial Life in Town

Earlier this month, our Design and Construction Director, Daniel Marín, shared the March edition of the Town Growth Report, highlighting the steady commercial growth taking place across Town.

Over the past months, following the completion of La Rambla, Town has continued to build strong commercial momentum. A growing mix of businesses has begun opening their doors, reflecting both investor confidence and the increasing demand for services that support everyday life in a walkable beach community.

Among the new partners now operating in Town are PintaCafé, an artistic coffee shop; Coraline, a boutique offering wine and chocolate; Farmacia Bohemia, a neighborhood drugstore; Medired, providing medical services; and ANC Car Rental. In the coming months, Ambitec, offering appliances and home supplies, and Banco BCT will also join the commercial landscape.

Over the past weeks, we have been sharing updates about many of these businesses as they prepared their spaces, renovated their storefronts, and began opening their doors. Seeing them together now as part of the evolving commercial life of Town is exciting and meaningful. Each new business adds color, activity, and new possibilities to the streets, helping ensure that residents and visitors can find more of what they need close to home.

A walkable beach town truly comes to life when its commercial spaces are active and diverse. These new businesses now join the restaurants, cafés, and shops that many already know and love, creating an even richer experience for daily life in Town.

We extend a warm welcome to each of these new partners and invite residents, visitors, and friends to explore both the new and familiar places that give Town its character.

Sometimes we see a storefront and simply think of it as a new place in Town. But behind every door that opens, there is a story. Each business represents the vision of someone who decided to pursue an idea, the effort of teams working together, and the hope of building something that will serve others. It also reflects the dedicated work of the Las Catalinas Commercial Leasing team, who work tirelessly to welcome new businesses to Town and collaborate closely with these partners to bring their spaces to life, thoughtfully shaping the commercial fabric of Town.

By visiting these businesses, sharing their spaces, and supporting them, we also support the people and families behind them and contribute to the local economy that helps Town continue to grow.
