This summer season in Town comes with something especially refreshing. Coquelicot, long known for being experts in ice creams and sorbets, has introduced a new seasonal flavor designed to counter the heat: melon and lemon.
The combination brings together the natural sweetness of ripe melon with the bright acidity of lemon, creating a balanced flavor that feels both vibrant and refreshing. It is light, colorful, and perfectly suited for sunny afternoons.

Over the years, Coquelicot has been a faithful companion to warm days in Plaza Danta, where residents and visitors gather to cool down and enjoy something sweet. That is why we are also excited to share another piece of news. In addition to their seasonal flavor, Coquelicot will be expanding into a new space in Plaza Mercado.

The new location will be on the first floor of one of the Plaza Mercado buildings. While the space still requires remodeling, it marks an important step forward as the business continues to grow in Las Catalinas. The expansion will allow them to bring production and service together in one place.
Soon, those looking to refresh themselves will have even more options. Guests will be able to enjoy their delicious ice creams, cold brew, and waffles outdoors under the sun or indoors for a cooler retreat from the heat.

It is always encouraging to see a business in Town evolve and expand while continuing to offer the simple pleasures that define daily life here. We wish them the very best as they begin this new chapter in Town.
