As we continue to see how the public spaces of El Prado are being used and enjoyed, we are also finding opportunities to introduce thoughtful improvements that make them even more beautiful, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyday life in Town.
Recently, work began on Plaza Rambla, where a series of improvements are bringing new color, character, and functionality to this shared space.
One of the most noticeable additions is the introduction of salmon-pink breeze blocks, chosen to complement the existing color of the fountain's floor. Their warm tone creates a beautiful contrast with the lush greenery surrounding the plaza and throughout El Prado, allowing both colors to stand out while bringing a more cohesive look to the space.

Beyond these aesthetic improvements, the work also includes enhancing pedestrian circulation throughout the plaza. Specific sections of existing walls have been removed and new steps added to create more seamless connections between Plaza Rambla and Buildings 70 and 71, making it easier and more natural for people to move between these spaces.

Another upcoming improvement will be raising the fountain, giving it greater height and a more prominent presence as a central feature of the plaza.

These improvements are expected to be completed during November, and we are excited to see Plaza Rambla continue to develop a character of its own. As El Prado grows, so do the spaces that bring people together, and we look forward to seeing residents and visitors make this special plaza their own, enjoying it and continuing to make it part of their everyday life in Town.
