Last week, one of the future homeowners at Lantana, visited his residence in progress and shared what the experience meant to him. Standing inside the structure for the first time, he described it as “a dream come true.”
Take a closer look at his visit as he stepped into what will soon be his family’s home.
“I’ve seen Lantana grow little by little, from the first designs to the moment the walls began to rise,” he shared. “Being there the Project Managers from DCL, standing on the first floor and looking up to see the second under construction, was an incredible feeling. It’s amazing to see how a dream can take shape right in front of you.”
He explained how meaningful it has been to stay connected through every stage of the process, as he’s followed the construction from the early earthworks to the first walls going up. The weekly updates, he said, have been essential for him as a homeowner.
He also spoke with gratitude about the experience of choosing finishes with the project management team. “Karina and José (Lantana's Project Manager and the Project Managers Department Head) have been so patient and thoughtful throughout this process. They’ve guided us to make the right decisions, and that gives us a lot of confidence. We’ve been able to make improvements and select finishes that truly reflect our taste, and that fills us with excitement.”
When asked about his favorite part of the home, he explained it’s hard to choose just one, but he said: “the living area that opens to the terrace on the first floor is stunning, and the master terrace has an incredible view toward Punta Guachipelines. But the staircase connecting both levels is also becoming a beautiful feature that really brings the house together.”
Looking ahead, Gonzalo shared what excites him most about his new life in Lantana. “I imagine myself sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee, looking out at the sea. After a long day of work, coming home to watch the sunset and, of course, sharing this dream come true with my family in this beautiful Town called Las Catalinas.”
