Last Friday marked a special day in El Prado. Not only was Central Park completed, but a very special home was also delivered, right across from it.
Town extends a warm welcome to Calle del Prado Lot 11, a vibrant new addition to the neighborhood. The home’s playful blue facade, accented by yellow window frames, adds a cheerful and welcoming touch to the park-facing street.
Inside, the design choices are just as expressive. With bold colors and distinctive tile patterns on the floors and walls, the house blends bohemian and funky elements, perfectly reflecting the refreshing personality of its new owners.
Anna and Jason chose the semi-custom construction service, and together with their project manager, María José Zúñiga, achieved a final result that honored both their aesthetic vision and their budget.
As they received their home, they shared their love for Costa Rica and their joy about what was to come. The very next day, they would be celebrating their wedding at Beachtown, a moment that made this milestone feel even more magical.
We wish Anna and Jason all the best in this beautiful new journey of life. It is an honor to be the place where this next chapter begins.
