A Closer Look at Montaña’s Latest Progress

Montaña is entering a new stage on site, with progress that is becoming easier to see from different points along the hillside. After months of groundwork, terraces, and preparation, the project is now showing more of its future form as structures begin to rise and new work fronts open across the site.

One of the most significant updates comes from Building 2, where the first floor slab has now been completed, along with the initial perimeter wall starters. This marks an important step in the vertical progress of the building, as the structure begins to rise from the terraces that have been carefully prepared over the past months.

Work is also advancing on the upper levels of several buildings, where teams have begun preparing the mezzanine slabs for the second floors. As these elements move forward, the overall volume of Montaña is becoming easier to read from different points on site, offering a clearer sense of how the residences will eventually sit along the hillside.

At the same time, stabilization work continues to support the next stages of construction. Retaining walls for Buildings 10 and 11 are currently in progress, helping secure the terrain and create the structural conditions needed for future work to continue safely and efficiently.

Another exciting update is the start of activity at Building 16. During this recent period, the team completed terrace marking, excavation, site clearing, and stabilization work. Main mechanical piping installation has also begun, marking the first steps for this new work front within the project.

Little by little, Montaña is becoming more defined. What was once mostly earthwork and preparation is now beginning to show structure, height, and presence, all set against a landscape that is shifting beautifully with the arrival of the rainy season.
