A Closer Look at Lantana’s Progress

Construction at Lantana continues to move forward, with each new week bringing a mix of structural progress, interior work, and small details that make the buildings feel closer to their final form.

Across the project, several buildings are advancing through different stages at the same time. In Buildings C, D, and E, work is moving further into finishes, with tile, exterior paint, closets, electrical details, gutters, and other elements helping the spaces feel more complete. These are the kinds of steps that may seem small from the outside, but gradually begin to reveal the character of each home.

Further along the site, Buildings F, G, and H continue through important structural phases. Teams are working on beams, columns, floor systems, staircases, wall plastering, and the architectural arches that will frame some of the terraces. These moments are especially exciting because they make the buildings easier to imagine, from the paths people will take to the views each home will eventually enjoy. Building I is also moving forward, with work underway on walls, tie beams, and the intermediate floor system.

Step by step, the project continues to grow along the hillside, connecting architecture, craftsmanship, and the natural setting of El Prado.

At Lantana, the progress is visible in layers, from the structure rising along the hillside to the finishes and design details that are beginning to give each building its own character. Together, they offer a glimpse of one of Town’s newest residential areas as it continues moving closer to completion.
