Hundreds of athletes registered for XTERRA will begin arriving to pick up their race packets and get ready for the weekend ahead. At the same time, Friday also brings one of Town’s favorite recurring gatherings: the Farmers & Artisans Market.
This week, the market will take place in Plaza Mercado, as Plaza Danta gets ready to welcome the different sports and XTERRA stands that will be part of the weekend’s activities. From 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Plaza Mercado will fill with local vendors, artisans, makers, and plenty of colorful finds to browse throughout the day.
Visitors can expect handmade jewelry and accessories, bags, hats, skincare products, textiles, crafts made from recycled materials, sunscreen, creams, and delicious desserts, offering plenty of opportunities to pick up a souvenir, find a gift for someone else, or simply treat yourself to something you love.
With XTERRA athletes buzzing around Town, vendors setting up their displays, and the excitement of Saturday and Sunday just around the corner, tomorrow promises to feel particularly lively.
