Final color selections for #14 Avenida la Antigua needed to be made this week. This is the building between Plaza Central and Plaza Lucia.
Typical process is that a few different stuccos are made, and put on the wall to dry under the sun. A selection was made...Come down soon and find out which one it was!
These efficient flats were a big hit. So much so, that another release was recently made for another building called Calle Cartagena Flats. My favorite unit still available is 8C. Nearly half the units are either under reservation or contract.
