In this Daily: A Sunny Morning
Sunnier mornings two days in a row after a week that brought quite a bit of rain. Still some clouds in the sky, but the hillside has sprung fully to life in green, and late Wednesday the waterfalls up on Cuesta and Zapotal were flowing.
The break in the rain has all but dried them up as of writing time, with underground aquifers still not entirely saturated, but you can still see the telltale signs of disturbed earth where the water was rushing downhill.
Further downhill at the base of Cuesta, there's still a bit of groundwater this morning, but expect the trails to clear until the next rainfall.
